WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT YOUR CLINIC?

We are a client-centered, action based practice where we combined the activities of daily living (ADLs) with language. Our unique design allows us to focus on the active ADLs of home while in the clinical setting.

I DON’T HAVE MY INSURANCE CARD WITH ME, CAN I STILL RECEIVE TREATMENT?

We will see you for todays session. Please bring or send us your insurance information as soon as possible. A screen shot of your card is acceptable. Please remember to bring it with you on your next appointment.

HOW MUCH WILL MY COPAYMENT BE?

Your copayment is determined by your insurance. We can call and ask them; however, they may respond to you quicker as you are the insured person.

WHAT IS YOUR PATIENT PROCEDURE?

We gather a case history and begin with an assessment to determine where you are. Goals and a plan of care are customized based on the needs and input of you and your family.
